SiC Module Cross-Reference Library

A cross-reference table maps an original manufacturer's SiC module to an equivalent part with the same package, pinout and ratings. Pick your package and voltage below to find pin-to-pin alternatives — the fastest route to a second source or a cost-down redesign.
Which package and voltage are you replacing?
| Package | 650V | 1200V | 1700V |
|---|---|---|---|
| 62mm half-bridge | Coming soon | View table → | Coming soon |
| 34mm half-bridge | Coming soon | Coming soon | Coming soon |

How does pin-to-pin replacement work?
- Match the footprint. Industry-standard packages (62mm, 34mm, EasyPACK) share mechanical drawings across vendors — the module drops into the same heatsink and busbar.
- Match the ratings. Blocking voltage must be identical; current rating equal or better at your operating temperature.
- Check the gate drive. Threshold voltage and recommended Vgs(on)/Vgs(off) must fit your existing driver — or budget a driver tweak.
- Verify thermals and parasitics. Compare RthJC and internal stray inductance; re-run double-pulse tests.
- Re-qualify in system. Switching waveforms, EMI and thermal cycling before committing to volume.

Sample data for layout demonstration — final cross-reference data to be verified by the site owner against manufacturer datasheets. Never approve a replacement on sample data alone.
